About Us

PFM Training Limited provides training on all areas of public financial management in countries across the world. Formed by Michael Parry, one of the most experienced PFM professionals and trainers, PFM Training Limited offers in-country and web-based advice, design and delivery of PFM training to governments and government institutions.

Director Phill Bernier brings technical expertise on developing web based learning management systems and the integration of web based remote learning with training of trainers and training delivery by existing in-country training institutions.

Training capability includes all aspects PFM task related, budget, IPSAS and professional examination training. We can also provide expertise on training needs evaluation, human resource management, curricula development and training design.

Training is conducted by a team of experienced and highly qualified PFM trainers, including Jesse Hughes, principle author of the IPSAS 23 on Budget Reporting.
