Extensive international finance and management experience in the public and private sectors, including Chief Executive of an international accounting and law training company.

Phill Bernier
Web development expert with experience of designing and implementing learning management systems and websites for academic institutions. 

Developed and implemented Somalia web based learning system including student management, tiered access by universities, material delivery, on-line assessments, webinars and support.

Jesse Hughes
Senior PFM academic and trainer with wide international experience. BSc. Accounting, MBA Applied Comptrollership, Ph.D. Accounting. Research and addressing accounting issues worldwide including Africa, Asia, and Europe as well as North and South America. Published widely. Serves on the IPSAS Consultative Group within IFAC, responsible for the IPSASB research report on public sector “Budget Reporting” and the main author of the exposure draft for IPSAS 24,” Presentation of Budget Information in Financial Statements

Leading expert on PFM in developing countries, with experience of more than 40 countries. Master of Science in Public Policy and Management, University of London; Bachelor of Business, Accounting, Monash University, Australia. Regularly contributes to the body of PFM knowledge and capacity through public blogs, articles and presentations at conferences and other forums. Expertise in all areas of PFM.

Eva Andrews, Associate Human Resource Management Expert (UK)
Extensive experience of international human resources management, organisational development, training, monitoring and evaluation. Experience of public sector reform including organisational change management, functional reviews, strategy formulation and implementation, human resource audits, communication analysis, training design and delivery. Paul Crow. Associate Trainer and IT Expert

Very experienced PFM adviser and trainer.  an IT expert with experience of designing, developing and implementing financial management information systems, and in related staff training. Particular expertise in the design and management of institutional reform.

Wayne Bartlett

Experienced international PFM expert and trainer, specializing in development and implementation of IPSAS (Cash and Accruals). Experienced in training of IFRS and US GAAP. Worked as a PFM adviser to several major international organizations since 2001 including the IMF, World Bank. European Union, DFID and AusAid.  Previously worked extensively in public sector in UK in senior finance roles.
